These terms and conditions govern all orders placed on the website operated by Milouda Benlhaj, sole proprietor under auto-entrepreneur status.
These terms apply exclusively to sales to consumers. Businesses should contact customer service for custom commercial terms.
By confirming an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.
The Customer selects Products, provides complete contact details, then receives an order summary by email. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information entered.
Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. They may change at any time, but the price applicable is the one shown at the time the order is placed.
Online payments are secured by CMI and PayPal. Charges are processed when the order is confirmed. The Customer warrants they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product to exercise the right of withdrawal (see Annex 1).
Delivery terms are set out in Annex 2. The Customer will receive email updates with tracking information.
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity, the Customer may request a replacement, repair, or refund.
The sole proprietor’s liability is limited to the order amount. It cannot be held liable for force majeure or events caused by the Customer.
Information collected during ordering is used for order processing, delivery, and, with consent, promotional communications. The Customer has rights of access, correction, and deletion of their data.
All site content (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without written permission.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the Moroccan courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Customer must notify the decision by email or mail within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
Delivery area: Casablanca only.
Delivery fee: flat rate of 35 MAD per order.
